Frankfurt – it’s more than just the airport and the big banks!
Come join us on Saturday, June 11th at 3:00pm to learn more about Philadelphia’s new Sister City! The $10.00 admission price covers tastings of regional foods, including the famous Frankfurter Grüne Sauce! Willi Aust will feature local music, and you can sample wine from Frankfurt's city-owned vineyards. Additional meals, wine, and beer will also be available for purchase. Soft drinks and water are included in the price of admission. The celebration will be held in the newly completed Leidy Terrace adjacent to the German Society building on Spring Garden Street, where you can see a segment of the Berlin Wall! In the event of inclement weather, we will celebrate in the Albert and Hete Barthelmes Auditorium.
