Michael Djupstrom studied composition formally at the University of Michigan and Curtis Institute of Music, where he now teaches. His work has been recognized through honors and awards from institutions, such as the American Academy of Arts and Letters, Chinese Fine Arts Society, and Académie musicale de Villecroze, etc.
Ayane Kozasa has been studying as a Young Soloist at Kronberg Academy with Nobuko Imai since 2012. She is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music. She is a founding member of the Philadelphia-based chamber group ensemble39.
