Amit Peled studied under Bernard Greenhouse and has performed as a solo artist and with symphonies across the world. He is a faculty member at the Peabody Institute, and has taught master classes in many countries. Elizabeth Borowsky is familiar to German Society audiences as a member-- with her brother and sister-- of the American Virtuosi.
Their program will be a recreation of Pablo Casal's 1915 recital at the Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore using the master's original cello. THe historis rendition includes Handel, Bach, Beethoven, Faure, and others.
